16hours

juz tried working for 16hrs... maybe... from around 830pm to 130pm... im so blur right now tat i cannot even count... wan slp but scared will juz drop down and diiiunno wat time will wake up... think most prob will skip dinner... sad i cant go home... needa go ICA to extent my temp EP... kuku shiti ICA ppl process my PR so long then baby who apply a mth later than already me got it... damn it.. slpn at wc's place... theres nothing wrg with slping here.... but i missed my bed at home and aircon~... guesz tat i better slp soonz... i dunno wat am i typing alrealikohbnol.m,.adb............z.zzz.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

recently boss wanted us to look into 'saving' our subordinates in troubled waters... they're sinking hard... and we need to do something b4 the next appraisal... leadership, not man-management, is something that i overlooked since i started working...

it suddenly hit me tat all those principals of leadership tat i read previously was beginning to fade off... i've been focusing only on myself all these while, such as what i have learnt, what can i do, where can i learn, how much i learned... almost everything was me, my, I.... jialatz..

i'll need to start seeing things from their perpective... being a newbie is not a reason for being selfish...

got lots of stuff happened for the past few wks but aint got time or mood to update... might as well post some bo liao blog other than dulan blog like the previous one...

most obvious stuff is the wedding of my buddy li kokh~!!... kewl... few mths younger than me got married liaoz... i dun even haf a gf... so happy for him, got career, got swee lao po... happy man sia... happy night for us oso, like a big big gathering like tat, get together with all e frenz and update on others happenings...

got these photos only frm e girls uploaded to facebook... thx to everyone who tagged the pics to my profile~!! paiseh to try out my 3.2megapixel with autofocus and digital zoom camera on my new handphone tat night when theres so many cameras around... wahaha





got myself some new stuffs... broke my old specs while wearing the 'space suit' at work... sad... spent a few hundred bucks on new specs... hope wun so fast break... *touch wood touch wood*... backgrd can see part of e rm i rented from WC... hehe



got myself a bling on my finger too... dun always wear it... only wear like 10% of the time... can say wear for fun nia.. cos now got subordinates ah... last time watch tv the fengshui sifu got say wat wear ring on the index finger can control ppl then i go workplace oso see some engr or mngr oso wear there... so i oso try wear fun fun lo... hahahah.... coincidentally backgound is tat book tat i bought and wanted to read but its still in its perfect condition in its plastic wrapping...



last time went city sq then tried out my hp camera for the 1st time... 1st pic of my hp... got baby to be our model... wahahaha



ok feeling better after posting bo liao stuff... gtg sleep liaoz... its 11AM... yes... its going to be NOON!!... so late already... i needa slp... no i dun slp in coffin... theyr for dead ppl and vampires... i slp in cupboards... (>_<)

im not in a position to judge others... always ask myself "who am i to judge others" b4 i make any conclusions... is e problem with the other person or in fact i am the problem...

try to take a step at a time and become better... always keep in mind tat 'What lies before us and behind us are not as important as what lies within us'... i shall not lose my direction...
